Middle School Math Teacher

HOLY NAME CATHOLIC SCHOOL is seeking a full-time Math Teacher in Escanaba, MI. This position will teach math to Grades 6-8, a middle school religion class, and possibly a humanities course in our high school grades based on candidate interest and proficiencies. As a Catholic, classical school, the teacher will be expected to perform their instruction of Singapore and Saxon math, etc. in a nurturing, joyful, and Christ-centered environment.

SCHEDULE This is a full-time contract position (mid-August through mid-June), subject to contract renewal.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Practicing Catholic preferred
• Math teaching experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary or Secondary Math Education preferred
• Proficient in teaching math through Algebra I
