JMJ
Dear Family,
It was great that the sun came up and dried up all the rain from yesterday!  Today there are no new cases of COVID-19 to report.  We continue to have the students spaced in the classrooms, using every possible inch of the classroom.
Something pretty cool happened today!  A friend of Holy Name Catholic School, donated a classic Canary Yellow 1977 Pontiac Bonneville car to the school.  If you know of anyone that would be interested in purchasing this car please put them in contact with us.  We still have a Harley Davison motorcycle for sale as well!  We are hoping that we can sell both of these before winter.  Watch our Facebook page for photos that will be coming soon! All proceeds go to support our school family!
There have been a couple questions regarding picture day next week.  More information will be forthcoming in the Friday Focus but I thought I would mention that picture day will be one week from today, Tuesday, October 6th.  We understand that some students online want to avoid crowds for various reasons.  To help alleviate any worries, we are going to be open for pictures an hour before school. Mr. John LaPorte will start taking photos at 7:30 AM.  Please feel free to stop by during this time if you would like to take advantage of this opportunity.  We will probably start taking photos for the rest of the students shortly after 8:45 a.m.
For those students that are quarantined we will plan on having you take your picture on the re-take day.  That date has not yet been set.  If you have any other questions about picture day, please let us know.
Thank you for your support and God bless,
Joe
